What if the service did not meet my expectations?
If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours and our team will fix anything missed at no cost.
Do you bring your own cleaning equipment?
Yes! Our teams are fully equipped with all supplies necessary.
Can you come when I'm not home?
Yes! Just let us know entry and exit information prior to the visit.
What are your working hours?
Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am - 6pm.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling to another appointment within a week and at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed booking is free.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to a $55 fee.
Cancellation is subject to a $55 fee.
What happens if I have to cancel/reschedule the service on the same day of , or one day before the booking?
If a service is cancelled/rescheduled on the same day of, or one day before the scheduled booking, 50% of the total bill will be deducted and the other 50% can be either refunded or moved on to another booking.
